Because No Child Should Fight Alone.
Fighting pediatric cancer with strength, community, and purpose — one child at a time.
Born from the fight of a leukemia warrior, this project exists so no child has to walk this road alone.
Join The FightWhy We Exist
To empower and uplift pediatric cancer patients in underserved communities across the U.S. and Latin America by providing critical medical support and life-enhancing resources. Beyond advocacy and funding, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of changemakers by teaching youth the values of leadership, service, and purpose — ensuring they not only receive care, but also the tools to lead and inspire others in the face of adversity.
Founder & Director
Clementina Gonzalez, a student at Ransom Everglades School, founded The Max Strong Project after witnessing her younger brother's battle with leukemia. Her family had the resources, support, and access to care that many others don't — and that never sat right with her.
Turning her pain into purpose, she launched the foundation. A passionate advocate, Clementina has raised over $190,000 for cancer research, led national fundraising campaigns, and spoken at schools to inspire young people to become changemakers. Her mission is rooted in love, resilience, and the belief that every child has the power to lead, no matter their circumstances.
